1. Introduction

Welcome to Haven Africa, a product of Zangu Pay Ltd. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Service Scope

Haven Africa helps landlords and property managers manage property effortlessly through easy rent collection and property oversight.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Sign up and accept the Terms of Service.
• Provide accurate data.
• Access the platform via haven.africa or the Haven Africa Android app.
• Regularly update and secure their passwords.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Share login credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misuse the platform.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or scrape data from the platform.

5. Payments & Fees

Haven Africa operates under an annual billing plan and a per-tenant monthly fee as detailed on our pricing page. An invoice is issued on the 5th of each month and must be paid by the 10th. Non-payment by the 11th will result in an account freeze until payment is received.

6. Termination Policy

Users can terminate their accounts at any time by submitting a request to info@zangupay.com.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

While Haven Africa maintains a 99.99% uptime, we are not liable for system downtime. Updates regarding service interruptions will be posted on our status page: status.zangupay.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
